Campus Tours and Events

MC offers campus tours and a variety of events for future students. You can schedule a tour at any of our campuses in Germantown, Rockville, or Takoma Park/Silver Spring. Our virtual tour is accessible at all times.

Paying for College Series 

Join us in October. November. January. March. June. 

You won’t want to miss our Paying for College Series, where we’ll break down the essentials of financial aid, scholarships, billing, and more. Whether you’re a student, parent, or counselor, these sessions are designed to help you make informed decisions and feel confident about paying for college and career training. 
 
All sessions are at 6 p.m. via Zoom 

  • Thursday, October 30 – Paying for College: The Basics 
    Learn the foundational concepts to understand college and career training costs and how to prepare. 

  • Wednesday, November 12 – Financial Aid Programs 
    Explore the types of aid available – grants, loans, work-study- and the steps to apply. 

  • Wednesday, January 21 – Scholarships 
    Explore scholarship opportunities and tips for submitting strong applications.

  • Wednesday, March 11 – You’ve Applied for Aid, Now What? 
    Understand what you must do after submitting your FAFSA and/or MD One App applications. 

  • Monday, May 4 – Understanding My Costs & Bill 
    Learn how to read your college bill and what your financial aid covers. 

  • Wednesday, June 10 - How to Avoid Having Your Courses Deleted for Nonpayment 
    Get practical advice on staying enrolled and managing payment deadlines.
